We can offer this because we use high tensile aluminium, premium 3mm polycarbonate sheet, and stainless steel fasteners on all of our shelters.
TINY ARCH
Flexiroof shelters "Tiny arch" is a subtle downward arch less than 20mm which allows us to provide 4 main benefits:
It lets us have our unique 800mm wide rafter spacing
It auto-adjusts to allow for thermal expansion
It moves water away from the joins so we don’t require problematic rubber seals
It allows us to lower the cost of our beautiful shelters
Powder Coated Aluminium
Flexiroof Shelters use extrude aluminium profiles, which are locally sourced and are made up of a high percentage of recycled material. Posts are made from 6061 T6 aluminium, which is 70% stronger than window joinery alloy.
All aluminium is powder coated in a variety of standard colours or you can choose from a wide range of custom colours. Powder coating provides a durable surface that will stop corrosion even in harsh costal conditions and keep your shelter looking amazing for longer.

We have a simple agent-installed price list with two price tiers for either direct connection to the house, or bracket connection.
We have other more bespoke configurations which require an agent to first visit and discuss your project with you on site!
